Edinburgh’s only festival of health and wellbeing is back!

We're delighted to welcome the Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival back to the Assembly Rooms on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 May. An uplifting weekend is planned complete with talks, classes and workshops to move your body, stimulate your mind and soothe your soul.  

Experts will share advice on how to improve your mental and physical health, and classes offer something for everyone. 

Highlights include Professor David Nutt on cannabis and psychedelics,  Professor Paul Gilbert on compassion, Dr Emeka Okorocha on how to take control of your health, Dr Karen Gurney on sex and desire, Dr Jenna Macciochi on how to balance your immunity and Dr Janet Scott on the latest research into long Covid.  There will also be discussions on gut health, menopause, grief, parenting and more .

There will be classes too including: CaveFit with Esme Gummer, yoga with The Kilted Yogi, Scotland’s first Disco Barre event, plus boxing for beginners, PT sessions, soundbaths, breath workshops, meditation - and more yoga!

And the Wellness Lounge will offer delicious, healthy food, relaxing therapies and free health advice.
