We are delighted to announce the return of the Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival to the Assembly Rooms on 7 and 8 May.

Featuring some of the biggest names in wellness, this uplifting weekend of talks, classes and workshops will move your body and stimulate your mind.

Highlights include Professor David Nutt on cannabis and psychedelics, Paul Gilbert on compassion, Dr Emeka Okorocha’s health hacks, Dr Karen Gurney on sex and desire, and author Lauren Bravo on how to live sustainably.  We’ll also talk relationships, menopause, grief, parenting and mental health and our classes include yoga, boxing, HIIT, meditation, mindfulness, soundbaths, breath workshops and Scotland’s first Disco Barre class.

The Wellness Lounge will feature local businesses selling sustainable products, relaxing therapies and free health advice and of course there will be delicious vegan food.

And our charity partners this year are Edinburgh-based mental health charity Health in Mind.
