The Music Hall and Ballroom are our largest conference and meeting spaces. Together or separately, they provide a beautifully versatile space perfect for conferences and exhibitions, poster board displays, plenary sessions and gala dinners. Large unbroken spaces bathed in natural light provide inspiring surroundings and our dedicated technical production crew are always on hand to work in partnership with organisers, ensuring every need is catered for.
The Music Hall offers a variety of layouts to suit your meeting or conference: theatre style for up to 788, reception space for up to 600 or dining for up to 430. The Ballroom brings additional flexibility, offering reception space or theatre style seating for up to 400 people, and dining space for up to 320.
The Ballroom also features drawing rooms at each end, giving additional breakout space, or to host receptions and catering areas.
